CareReview Recognizes Susan Manning, RN, Senior Vice President, as Company Continues Healthcare Market Expansion

ARLINGTON, Texas — October 8, 2026 — CareReview, Inc., a privately held, founder-led independent review organization (IRO), is highlighting the leadership of Susan Manning, RN, Senior Vice President, as the company continues to expand its clinical review solutions across the healthcare marketplace.

Manning brings more than 20 years of experience spanning biotechnology, clinical nursing and independent clinical review services. At CareReview, she oversees operations with a focus on delivering accurate, timely and high-quality Clinical Review and Independent Medical Examination (IME) services while strengthening client partnerships and supporting consistent service delivery.

Prior to joining CareReview, Manning held leadership positions with MCMC Services, an ExamWorks company, where she developed extensive experience in clinical review, client relationship management and operations. Throughout her independent review career, she has led teams, strengthened client partnerships and helped drive greater consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Manning's healthcare experience is complemented by a strong scientific foundation. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Molecular Biologist with Genome Therapeutics Corp, where she led award-winning research involving diseases including osteoporosis, asthma and muscular dystrophy. She later transitioned into clinical nursing before moving into medical review, giving her a distinctive perspective that bridges scientific research, patient care and clinical review.

As Senior Vice President, Manning works across CareReview's clinical and operational teams to strengthen service delivery, support client needs and ensure quality and consistency across Clinical Review and IME services. Her combination of scientific, nursing and independent review experience is particularly valuable as CareReview builds on its longstanding workers' compensation and disability foundation while expanding its capabilities across health plans, PBMs, TPAs, self-funded employers and government programs.

Manning holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Binghamton and completed the Direct Entry Nursing Program at Simmons College.
