ARLINGTON, Texas, Sept. 3, 2026 — CareReview, a provider of Clinical Solutions Optimizing Care for health plans, self-funded organizations, third-party administrators (TPAs), and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), today announced that Chief Growth Officer Adam Schilling and Chief Operating Officer Jodi Ciampa will attend the 2026 PBMI Annual National Conference, held September 10–11 at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida.

The conference, hosted by the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute (PBMI), an MJH Life Sciences brand, draws decision-makers from managed care organizations, employers and employer groups, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical and health science companies, pharmacy technology providers, and pharmacy benefit consultants. Schilling and Ciampa's attendance comes as pharmacy benefit managers face increasing scrutiny over transparency, fiduciary standards, and payment integrity.

"Independence isn't a claim we make, it's how every case gets decided," said Schilling, Chief Growth Officer at CareReview. "PBMs are under real pressure to prove their determinations hold up — to plan sponsors, to regulators, to members. We built CareReview so that proof is built in: specialty-matched, board-certified physicians, case-level independence, and no financial stake in the outcome. I'm going to Orlando to have that conversation directly with the people who run these programs."

Schilling and Ciampa will hold direct meetings with PBM executives throughout the event.

CareReview's model is built on independence at every level of review. Cases are assigned to specialty-matched, board-certified physician reviewers, and each determination stands on its own, with no volume incentive tied to outcome. CareReview is a URAC-accredited Independent Review Organization and is HITRUST r2 Certified. External review and NCQA accreditation currently in process and targeted for 2027.

On payment integrity and bill review, CareReview validates every case at a flat rate, with no contingency fees and no negotiation or recovery on behalf of either party.
