CareReview Recognizes Jodi Ciampa, RN, as Chief Operating Officer as Company Expands Across Healthcare Markets

ARLINGTON, Texas — September 24, 2026 — CareReview, Inc., a privately held, founder-led independent review organization (IRO), today announced Jodi Ciampa, RN, as Chief Operating Officer, recognizing her leadership as the company expands its clinical review solutions across health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), third-party administrators (TPAs), self-funded employers, government programs, workers' compensation organizations and long-term disability carriers.

Ciampa has been an integral member of CareReview's leadership team for several years and brings extensive experience spanning clinical care, independent medical review, disability, workers' compensation, pharmacy review and healthcare operations. As Chief Operating Officer, she leads the operational infrastructure behind CareReview's Clinical Solutions Optimizing Care™, with responsibility for ensuring the company continues to deliver the clinical quality, responsiveness, consistency and operational performance its clients require.

Prior to CareReview, Ciampa built a substantial career in clinical review and healthcare operations, including leadership experience of more than a decade with MCMC Services, an ExamWorks company, where her responsibilities spanned disability and pharmacy review, workers' compensation and operations. Earlier in her career, she held clinical and quality-assurance roles with MES Solutions and worked directly in patient care as a registered nurse and paramedic. Her experience across several of the independent review industry's established organizations gives Ciampa a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, client expectations and the operational discipline required to deliver high-quality clinical review at scale.

Her experience is particularly relevant as CareReview expands beyond its longstanding workers' compensation and disability foundation into group health, commercial and government health plans, PBMs, TPAs and self-funded organizations.
