CareReview® Recognizes Elizabeth "Liz" Radzik, Senior Vice President, as Company Expands Across Healthcare Markets
Experienced healthcare operations leader brings more than 20 years of strategic, operational and client-focused leadership to CareReview's growing clinical review platform.
ARLINGTON, Texas — October 1, 2026 — CareReview, Inc., a privately held, founder-led independent review organization (IRO), is highlighting the leadership of Elizabeth "Liz" Radzik, Senior Vice President of Operations, as the company continues to expand its presence across the healthcare marketplace.

Radzik brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic growth, operational excellence and cross-functional leadership. At CareReview, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on optimizing performance, strengthening operations and delivering client-focused results as the company expands its solutions across health plans, PBMs, TPAs, self-funded employers, government programs, workers' compensation organizations and long-term disability carriers.
"Liz brings a combination of industry knowledge, operational discipline and strategic thinking that is incredibly valuable to CareReview," said Jodi Ciampa, RN, Chief Operating Officer of CareReview. "She understands how to take complex operational challenges and turn them into actionable solutions. Just as importantly, she understands our clients and what it takes to consistently deliver the quality, responsiveness and service they expect from us."
Prior to joining CareReview, Radzik spent more than a decade with MCMC Services, an ExamWorks company, where she held progressive leadership roles in Pharmacy & Health Review. Her responsibilities included managing complex clinical review processes, leading high-performing teams and developing strong client relationships. That experience gives her a deep understanding of the operational requirements behind effective clinical review and the evolving expectations of healthcare organizations.
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Radzik works across CareReview's clinical, operational and executive teams to translate strategy into execution, improve performance and ensure the organization continues to scale without compromising the standards behind its work.
"Clinical review is ultimately about delivering the right expertise and a consistent experience for the client, every time," said Radzik. "That requires strong people, disciplined processes and the ability to continually evaluate where we can improve. As CareReview grows, my focus is making sure our operations continue to evolve with the needs of our clients while maintaining the quality and responsiveness they expect from us."
Radzik is known for a collaborative leadership style, data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement. Her combination of financial insight, healthcare expertise and operational leadership is particularly relevant as CareReview builds on its longstanding workers' compensation and disability foundation and expands further into group health, commercial and government health plans, PBMs, TPAs and self-funded organizations.
CareReview's national network of licensed and credentialed clinical specialists is supported by Stradix®, its proprietary cloud-based technology platform designed to enable secure, flexible and efficient clinical review workflows. The company is a URAC-accredited Independent Review Organization and HITRUST r2 Certified.
"Being privately held and founder-led gives us the ability to stay focused on long-term performance and the needs of our clients," Radzik added. "We can be thoughtful about how we grow, where we invest and how we continue strengthening the organization behind the clinical determinations our clients rely on."
Radzik holds an MBA from Simmons University and a BBA from Providence College, where she graduated cum laude.
